Candidate Search Process

At RapidPlace we use a variety of searches to find the right candidate for the job. Apart from Resume Search and Job Postings in job portals, we also search our database of ten years of resumes. When the situation calls for it, we head hunt candidates from targeted client organizations. We have also had success from our contact base in Linked In and Facebook, apart from candidate and contact references.

Shortlisting Candidates

We are diligent in our shortlisting process. To start with we spend time understanding the requirement well before the search
process. Once we have candidate profiles, we discuss the opening with the candidates taking special care to ensure that
inhibitors such as working in shifts or on contract are put up to the candidate upfront. We also explain the job requirements
and understand from the candidate whether he too sees himself as a good fit for the opening. It is only after the candidate
has been briefed and consent of the candidate taken - often in an email - do we send the Resume to the Client.

Speed and turnaround times

Working with enterprise clients we understand the urgency of filling up positions as delays in staffing could lead to delays
in project delivery and losses. Our turnaround times - from receiving a clear requirement to commencement of submission of
candidate resumes have varied between two hours and an outer limit of three business days for Senior Management Positions. We
strive to provide quality and appropriate candidate choices within short periods of time.
